Stay fit and committed by giving up the excuses

“What I wouldn’t give for some more time”⁣

That’s what I hear all the time when I talk about exercise or nutrition with someone. Unfortunately they might not like my answer because I’ve learned to be a straight shooter. ⁣

No falsehoods ⁣

no sugarcoating anything. ⁣

Because when I stopped listening to the bullshit that floats around the media about fad diets and fat burner pills or 20 day shreds. Remember that’s not teaching you healthy lifestyle habits. They just want your damn money. ⁣

Everyone has time you just need to figure out how you’re going to prioritize your health and your lifestyle. I can’t do that for you. You are going to have to want it. I can cheer you on and hold you accountable but I can’t do the work for you. ⁣

You need to want it ⁣

You must crave it. ⁣

You must be disciplined for it. ⁣

It took me years of dedication and discipline to get to where I am. There were setbacks and goals met. There is no quick fix, make your health a priority because no one is going to do it for you. ⁣
